1. Who we are

"AMD Charts", "AMD Options Trading Maths", "AMD", "we" and "us" mean the team that runs the course, the indicator and this website at amdcharts.com. By using the website, the course or the indicator, you agree to these terms.

2. Education only. Not advice.

• We are not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser or Research Analyst.
• We do not give buy or sell tips, trade calls, stock recommendations, portfolio advice or any personal advice.
• We do not manage money, take profit-sharing, or offer assured returns. We will never ask you to send money for trading on your behalf.
• Examples in the course, on the website and in live sessions are only to explain concepts.

3. The indicator

The Trading Maths Auto Intraday Levels indicator (with Scalper Mode) and the bonus Gold, Crypto & US Markets indicator draw levels on your TradingView chart. The levels are calculated from price data. They are reference points for your own learning and analysis. They do not predict the market and are not a signal to buy or sell. Levels depend on the data your charting platform provides, which may sometimes be delayed or wrong.

4. Market risk

Trading in options, futures and other derivatives is high risk. You can lose part or all of your capital. Past chart behaviour does not guarantee future results. Please trade only with money you can afford to lose, and consult a SEBI-registered adviser if you need advice.

5. Your access

• Course and indicator access is for one person only: you. It is given on your own TradingView username and Telegram account and cannot be transferred.
• You must not share, resell, rent, copy, download, screen-record or give your access, login or course material to anyone else, in any form.
• If we find that access is shared, sold or misused, we will remove all access immediately, without warning and without any refund, and we may take legal action as explained in section 10.
• In the members' Telegram group and live sessions, you must not post tips, calls, paid links, spam or promotions. We may remove anyone who does, without a refund.

6. Fees and payment

The course fee shown on the course page is exclusive of GST. GST is charged extra at the applicable rate when you pay. Payments are processed by our payment partner. The fee is for education and tool access only. It is not an investment or a deposit.

7. 7-day refund policy

If you are not happy, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of getting course access. Message us on WhatsApp or email support@amdcharts.com with your name and payment details.

• Requests made after 7 days are not eligible. Fees are not refundable after that.
• For an eligible refund, the payment gateway charges (including the GST on those charges) are not refunded. We refund the amount you paid minus these charges.
• Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method.
• When a refund is made, course and indicator access is removed.
• Whether a request is eligible, and the refund amount, is decided by AMD Charts. The decision of AMD Charts is final.

8. Bonus

The Gold, Crypto & US Markets indicator bonus is included free with the course and is available instantly after you join. Its value is shown only to explain what is included; it is not sold separately and cannot be exchanged for money.

9. Free demo, form and pop-up

The free demo video and the free demo Telegram channel are for information only. They do not give you access to the course or the indicators.

• When you fill the demo form or the demo pop-up, you agree that we may contact you on WhatsApp about the course. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• Please give your own correct name and number. We may ignore requests with false details.
• The demo pop-up shows only once on each device. What we collect and how we keep it is explained in our Privacy Policy.
• Demo videos and channel posts are our content too, and section 10 applies to them.

10. Our content

The course videos, live sessions, notes, PDFs, Telegram group posts, both indicators, their levels and code, strategy names, the logo and all website content are the property of AMD Options Trading Maths. They are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other laws of India.

• Without our written permission, you must not copy, record, screen-record, download, re-upload, share, sell, translate or teach any part of this content, on any website, app, YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp or social media channel.
• You must not copy, rebuild, reverse-engineer or try to recreate the indicators, their logic or their levels, or make a similar product from them.
• If you break this section, we will remove your access immediately without any refund and we may take civil and criminal legal action against you, including claims for damages, loss of income and our legal costs.
• These rules continue even after your access ends.

11. Third-party platforms

We use TradingView, WhatsApp, Telegram, Google and a payment partner. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability, data or terms.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for any trading loss, missed opportunity, or any indirect loss that comes from using the website, the course or the indicator.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page.

14. Law

These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled only by the courts in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India.
