In short: We collect only what you type in our form, use it only to contact you about the course, and never sell it.
1. What we collect
When you fill the demo form on the course page, we collect:
- Your name
- WhatsApp number
- City
- Telegram ID (if you give it)
- Trading experience
The short demo pop-up asks only for your name and WhatsApp number.
When you message us on WhatsApp or Telegram, we also see the details those apps share, like your name and number.
2. Why we use it
- To contact you for your free demo
- To answer your questions about the course
- To give and manage your course and indicator access if you join
We do not sell, rent or trade your details.
3. Where it is stored
Form details are saved in a private Google Sheet that only our team can open. Chats stay in WhatsApp and Telegram. Payments are handled by our payment partner; we do not see or store your card or bank details.
4. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It saves one small note in your own browser so the demo pop-up does not show again after you close it or fill a form. This note has no personal details, and you can clear it any time by clearing your browser data. If we add analytics or ad tools in the future, we will update this page first.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as needed to help you or to run your course access, or as required by law.
6. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to see, correct or delete your details, or to stop contacting you. Just message us on WhatsApp or email us.
